I am very excited to let you know that I have decided to become a prenatal yoga instructor. It has been a challenge for me to find prenatal yoga classes, I guess it’s not that popular at least in Colorado, and what better way to serve than where needed! My little one is kicking and punching and swiping my insides quite often, and I am so excited to be becoming a mother. Please stay tuned to my offerings, as I plan to teach online again soon, and please send your expecting friends my way once I announce receiving my certificate.
