Jessica is a yoga teacher based in San Francisco, CA. Initially drawn in by the physical power of Bikram, she later transitioned to hatha, vinyasa and mind-fulness yoga practices.  Jessica is certified over 500 hours in Hatha, Vinyasa and Anusara yoga. Jessica believes in using yoga as a tool to transform your body and your mind, and that everyone whether they know it or not, is also a teacher.
