While discounted sessions for June are ending, I’ve decided to work on something new, personal fitness and monthly self care planning. I hear from students that it has been hard to stick with their fitness and self care regimes. So, I’m coming up with a plan. I’m creating packages that will include videos made just for you and your body, private sessions monthly and weekly, fitness goal tracker, recipe suggestions, hand-made medicines, and more!
