Join me for a 2 week long Yoga fit series, where we’ll explore, strengthen and lengthen your whole being. This is a 2 week, four times a week, virtual program. Committing to the entire program will help you stay committed to your practice, and to your own self care. You will be invited to a private Facebook group, where you will have access to replays, in case you missed the live event. You’ll also be able to offer support to each other, and share your progress mentally and physically, so that we can celebrate with you. For me, yoga is not about aiming for a hot bod, but rather learning to connect your body and your mind and to heal. And through that connection and healing, you feel more confident in your own skin, you radiate beauty, because that’s what you’ve always been, beautiful. Practicing yoga multiple times a week can help you see big changes and even other bigger potential possibilities within yourself. The details for the program are outlines below.
