Fall quinox is a time to honor the dark and the light, and to work to restore balance and harmony to your body and mind. We’ve found a beautiful space in Nob Hill and we are only selling 10 tickets, so prepare to be relaxed and rejuvenated. Doors open at 7:15 and the event closes at 9 pm. All participants will receive multiple rounds of massage and adjustments from Jessica and Scarlett. Stimulating and Soothing live music will be played by the talented Spencer including instruments such as the dig-ga-ree-doo and the tongue drum. Mats, blocks and bolsters will be provided. Please bring your own additional props for support. It’s going to be divine, and we can’t wait to see you there.
